摘要

The energy for the heating, cooling and power are very large in the supermarkets, and makes environment worse, so it is valuable to study how to use energy effectively. Significant reductions in energy, pollutants, and carbon emissions will be achieved using a CHP system used in supermarkets, but the exhausted heat utilization is low in summer and the excessive electricity is needed to power the cooling system. If the heat from CHP unit can be used to power the absorption chillers, which can provide cooling for the chilled food cabinets and indirectly for the store itself, the energy efficiency will be highly improved. The potential of the CCHP (combined cooling heating and power) system used in supermarkets was analyzed. A mathematical model for CCHP scheme has been developed based on a validated CHP model. The model is then used to investigate the influences of various parameters on the energy used and cost of supermarkets and the performance of CCHP scheme with different control strategies. The results can be used to optimise a CCHP system.
