摘要

In this paper, the transient voltage distributions of core and outer semiconducting layer are measured, a circuit model of a circle of cable is described. The computed result perfectly agrees with measured one, which indicates that the capacity coupling exists between core and outer semiconducting layer under impulse voltage. A theoretical basis is provided for the design, protection and experimentation for the new type of electric equipment.
