Time sequence restoration optimization strategy of network considering power components' damage probability

摘要

Rational network restoration strategies are important forrapid power system restoration after complete blackout. Time sequence restoration strategy is used to restore network in this paper. Start-up sequence optimization of generating units and path restoration optimization are considered as two steps. Start-up sequence of generating units is determined by maximizing generation capacity during network rest oration process considering start-up power requirement andcritical interval constraints in the first step. Path restoration sequence is optimized in the second step with transmission element potential damage probability model with fuzzy membership functions. Strategy is designed to firstly restore power elements with lowpotential damage probability, high importance and low overvoltagerisk. The two steps are correlated with path operation time to effectively optimize the two determinations together. The proposed method is validated with IEEE 39-bus system. Resultsshow that the proposed method can automatically keep away from elements with big potential damage probability and form rational sequence restoration scheme to better satisfy real requirements in power system restoration.
