The micro-transmission characteristic of a new structure flexure hinge

摘要

A new structure flexure hinge has been researched which applied to MEMS. Its structure, transmission characteristics and experiments data analyses were discussed in this paper. Compared to tradition flexure hinge, this new structure has advantages in mechanical energy transmission, accuracy, and transmission range. The experiments prove it's an effective micro-transmission structure.
