摘要
Objective: To explore the effect of acute myocardial ischemia on the heart function of the pregnant rats and the rats without pregnancy. Methods: 20 Female SD rats and 10 early pregnancy rats were divided into normal group, unpregnant group with acute myocardial infarction and early pregnant group with acute myocardial infarction. After 3 weeks, we used Image 1.31soft to measure areas of myocardial infarction, and evaluated hemodynamics of heart with power LAB4. 12, meanwhile apoptosis was tested by TUNEL, and cardiac tissues were stained with Massion. Results: Compared with unpregnant group with acute myocardial infarction, the early pregnant group with acute myocardial infarction had less myocardial infarction area (28.86% vs. 36.8%), and had a higher left ventricle end systolic pressure, +-dp/dt max, and lower left ventricle end diastolic pressure. TUNEL positive cells were significantly increased in early pregnant group (P<0.05 vs. control). Massion stain showed the collagen of the lesion was less in the early pregnant group with acute myocardial infarction than that in unpregnant group with acute myocardial infarction. Conclusion: Early pregnant group with acute myocardial infarction had better heart contractive and diastolic function.
