摘要

Stray inductance is one of the key factors affecting the operational reliability of Integrated Gate Commutated Thyristor (IGCT). To investigate the influence of stray inductance on IGCT components in DC circuit breakers, this paper first explores the circuit principle of a DC circuit breaker and the extraction method of stray inductance. Based on this, a simulation model is established to deeply explore the impact of stray inductance on the peak voltage and voltage rise rate of IGCT. At the same time, the influence of wiring layout is explored based on this simulation model, providing certain guidance for the development of DC circuit breakers.
