摘要
Anode carbon block grinding & polishing robot is a newly developed equipment urgently required in carbon industry. However, currently there are not specific monitoring and maintenance strategies specifically for this newly developed equipment, and it limits the reliability of the robot equipment in the complicated and server working condition of carbon block production. In this regard, an integrated monitoring and maintenance framework for the grinding & polishing robot is established. The framework aims at not just solving the problem of equipment malfunction reducing, but also improving machining accuracy and keeping optimized process parameters for the robot.
