Texture Design and Numerical Simulation of Surface Hydrophobic Enhancement

摘要

For the inner wall of container with complex structure, the surface hydrophobicity can be further strengthened if the texture design is formed by the combination of materials with different hydrophobicity. In order to study the effect of different textures on hydrophobic properties, the Moving Particle Semi-implicit (MPS) method was used to design different textures and simulate the effects of them on the dynamic behavior of droplets on a plate based on the surface free energy model and solid-liquid surface tension model in three-dimensional scale. The results provide a basis for further research on the effect of composite texture of materials with different hydrophobic properties on wall desorption performance.
