摘要
Temperature dependence of the antiferroelectric (AFE) to ferroelectric (FE) phase transition behavior and electric field-induced strain in (Pb 0.92La0.04Ba0.02) [(Zr0.70Sn 0.30)0.88Ti0.12]O3 were investigated. The XRD pattern of ceramic samples prepared by the conventional ceramics fabrication method showed a single tetragonal antiferroelectric phase. It was found that with temperature increasing, the field-induced strain and polarization were reduced and the electric hysteresis was narrowed. Meanwhile the AFE-FE switching field was decreased whereas the FE-AFE switching field was increased. According to this behavior, the operating temperature range of this material for transducer was discussed.
