摘要
Doped polyaniline (PANI) was easy to be dedoped under alkaline environment that was one main factor that precludes PANI from industrialized applications. In this paper, PANI was in-situ polymerized on the surfaces of skin sulphonated PS particles, which came from sulphonation of emulsion polymerized PS particles to prepare sulphonic acid doped conductive PANI coated particles. Sulphonation of PS particles, in-situ polymerization process, conductivity and alkaline resistance of the composite particles were also studied. The results indicated that stability of these particles was greatly improved under alkalescent environment.
