摘要

UV-cured resin is used in the manufacture of 3D-printed insulators due to their advantages of fast molding and high processing accuracy. Exploring the surface modification of nano-alumina and its application in UV -cured resin matrix composites is of exploratory significance. In this paper, Fluorosilane coupling agent (FAS17) was used to modify nano-alumina and fabricate UV -cured resin matrix composites samples. Measurements on the samples showed that the dielectric properties of the UV -cured resin matrix composites with modified nano-alumina were improved. After that, the first principles method was used to calculate the trap distribution, and the results agreed with the experimental data.
