N2 - The properties of Surface-Conduction Electron-Emitter Display (SED) depend mainly on the characteristic of surface-conduction electron emitters (SCEs) [1,2]. In our previous study, we have found that W-Si-N conductive film possesses good electron emission characteristics. In this paper, we attempt to study electron emission characteristics of W-Ge-N thin film.
