摘要
The carbon modified hybrid of manganese monoxide and multi-walled carbon nanotubes is prepared by post sintering of a hydrothermally synthesized intermediate. The reversible specific discharge capacities at the current densities of 0.02 A g-1 (~0.27 C) and 5.80 A g-1 (~24 C) are ~735 mA h g-1 and ~250 mA h g-1, respectively. Moreover, after 605 cycles at different rates for 3 months, it could still deliver a capacity as high as ~685 mA h g-1 at 0.21 A g-1 without obvious fading in 100 cycles. The superior lithium storage capability makes it a potential high performance anode for rechargeable lithium batteries.
