摘要
Ni doped ZnS-ZnO catalysts were prepared by two-step method of high temperature solid reaction and sulfurization. The catalysts were characterized by XRD, UV-Vis, SEM and XRF techniques. We found that these catalysts, which had appropriate amount of Ni doped ZnS and preferentially distributed on the surface, showed better photoactivity. The mechanism of hydrogen production was explained according to our experimental results.
