摘要

Under harsh condition, failures of power transformer like aging, short circuit impacts and winding deformation are inevitable. Condition Monitoring or Diagnose on power transformer is crucial to maintain the reliable and safe operation of grid. Transformer Tank Vibration Monitoring method which has no electrical connection with the grid can monitor the on-line transformer safely and reliably. So far, researches have revealed that many factors can affect transformer vibration. Among which, oil temperature holds an vital positon though influencing the elasticity modulus of insulating spacers, magnetostrictive effect and oil viscosity. This paper emphasizes on influence of magnetostrictive effect and elasticity modulus of insulating spacers. It is found that the core vibration collected at the bottom turns severer in higher temperature and the fundamental frequency amplitude grows in waves. Elasticity modulus of insulating spacers reduce with temperature increasing. A winding vibration simulation model is established and the point that axial vibration acceleration increases with temperature increasing is found. The experimentation results show that fundamental frequency amplitude of winding increases linearly with temperature.
