N2 - As a key power device in solid-liquid two-phase flow transportation systems, centrifugal pumps are widely used in many engineering fields. Due to the impact of solid particles, the impeller, volute and other parts of the pump will inevitably experience erosion wear, which affects hydraulic performance and operational stability of the pump. In this study, the Euler-Lagrange method was employed to simulate the solid-liquid two-phase flow inside the centrifugal pump, and the Oka model was used to predict erosion wear. The effects of solid concentration on the erosion were discussed. Subsequently, the wear modeling method was developed to reconstruct the geometry of the centrifugal pump based on the erosion wear prediction results. Through the iterations of erosion wear prediction and wear modeling, the wear degradation process of centrifugal pumps was deduced. The results can help understand the degradation process of the centrifugal pump and provide a certain reference for condition monitoring and optimization of the design.
