摘要

This paper discusses the issues about active codes developing, active codes deploying, active codes executing and active codes withdrawing. To ensure security of active networks, a special module is suggested to be developed to evaluate the performance of new developed active codes. To simplify active codes developing, the concept of protocol elements is presented. The protocol elements, based on primitive services provided by nodeOS, can be used to constitute new protocol quickly.
