Study on Physiological Characteristics of Firefighters in Fire Simulation Training∗

摘要

In order to improve the safety level of firefighting and training, we successively measured the changes of firefighter' s heart rate, blood oxygen and frontal temperature under the fire simulation training, when the firefighter in the quiet state, after heavy fire activity, have a 10 minutes rest and exercise again. The results show that: The average heart rate of firefighters after hig h-intensity fire fighting exercise will reach 140.52 times/min, and the heart rate will increase to 155.68 times/min after the second e xercise. After the exercise, the average value of blood oxygen satu ration was 94.98%, and the value will continue decreased after 10 minutes of rest. The forehead temperature continued to decrease with the evaporation of sweat. Indicated that, Experienced inten sive exercise and have a shoe rest, the fatigue of firefighters was n ot relieved.
