摘要
The development of oxygen bubbles driven by photoelectrochemical water splitting is a typical physical and chemical process on the solid-liquid surface. In this paper we investigated the law of the evolution of oxygen bubbles on the surface of photoelectrode in the photoelectrochemical water splitting reaction system. The results showed that the bubble size and growth time follow the relationship d∝t1/3. Through changing the concentration of solution and the intensity of laser, we summarized the effects of solution concentration and intensity on the bubble growth time and departure diameter.
