摘要
An analysis model of coupling system dynamic behavior to bearing hydrodynamic lubrication in piston-rod-crank system in internal combustion engine is established. The numerical simulation of the model is presented through linking the solver of ADAMS software to FORTRAN program. In the simulation, the oil film forces in bearings are computed by solving Reynolds differential equation. After a simulation of five circles, the dynamic forces on engine block are received. By contrasting with the results of a model neglecting bearing lubrication, the coupling system dynamic behavior to lubrication can change the forces on engine block. Especially, the coupling effect can decrease the maximal values of the forces. Part designs based on no forces due to oil film lubrication acting on parts possess too large safety factors. It is very necessary to study the coupling dynamic behavior to oil film lubrication in the design of internal combustion engine.
