摘要

By using a kind of allylphenyl compounds--0, 0'-diallylbisphenol A (DAPDA) to toughen 4, 4'-bismaleimidiphenolmethome, a bismaleimide (BMI) resin with high toughness was made. The effect of content of EAPDA on toughness and other mechanical properties of resin was studied and the congregate state structure and morphology of fracture for resin were observed and analyzed. It is shown that toughening effect is best when DAPDA content is 40%. The result also indicates that toughened resin has two-phase structure and the dispersed phase (brittle BMI polymer) induces the matrix to produce secondary fracture and take toughening effect.
