摘要

The study of high power electronic equipment test has always been in a state of confusion and blind, so it is imperative to find the inherent law on methodology level. The connotation and extension of the test and its methodology is analyzed in the paper. The test activity scope and pattern, essential characteristic, configuration and categorization, and the objective and hierarchy determination are analyzed. The history and development view on test, mathematics issues and system methodology in test domain are introduced, and the application of test method, equivalence mechanism and appraisal of the test methods are elaborated. Thus the general method and intrinsic qualities are revealed while the theoretical base on philosophy level is founded for the future study on high power electronics equipment tests.
