摘要

The experimental study of the start-stop performance of the new aerodynamic foil gas thrust bearing with elastic support developed by Institute of Refrigeration and Cryogenic Engineering of Xi'an Jiaotong University was conducted on the multifunctional gas bearing test rig. The choice of foil metal and the application of surface treatment were analyzed. The test results indicate that the new aerodynamic foil thrust gas bearing with surface treatment has good start-stop performance and stability.
