摘要
The self-organized growth of SrRuO3 (SRO) was used as template to investigate the nanopatterning of SrZrO3 (SZO). The growth mode took the advantage of the nanoscale periodic features on the starting surface which operate as confinement boundaries, giving rise to self-organized films. The growth continues by step-flow and surface inspection of SRO films thicker than 24 nm deposited on substrates treated was established. It is suggested that the SRO-nanopatterned growth in three-dimensional (3D)-ripple form corresponded to a kinetic regime ruled by the SrTiO3 (STO) surface state rather than by a thermodynamic tendency.
