摘要
The pressure sores due to long-term sitting are often related to soft tissue stress distribution in hip-legs. Finite element (FE) models of the interface between hip-legs and seat pan are established with ABAUQS and HyperMesh to obtain the soft tissue stresses distribution in hip legs. The stress distribution is analyzed along three central paths (Xm, Ym and Zm), and the body pressure distribution within the human-seat interface is measured simultaneously. The FE analysis shows that the stresses in soft tissue get much more violent than them in the interface and the maximum stress is located under the ischial tuberosities. The stress in the bone-tissue interface is the maximal and the stress in the muscle-fat interface is the minimal. The veracity of FE analysis is estimated by the comparison between the data obtained by measure and simulation.
