摘要

Thin-film capacitors were fabricated on single-crystalline (100) STO substrates. The SRO/BST/SRO heterostructures were grown in-situ by pulsed laser deposition (PLD), employing a KrF excimer laser with an energy density of 5 J/cm2 and a frequency of 10 Hz.
