摘要

Highlights: The probe thin-film thermocouple sensor with a sandwich structure is developed for ultra-high temperature measurements. The sensor demonstrates robust high-temperature stability at 1200 °C above 5 h with a low drift rate. The sensor shows excellent performance in the temperature measurements of the subscale engine flame and high temperature furnace, which has great potentials to be applied in aerospace engineering and steel metallurgy industry.
