摘要
In order to gain the ignition delay characteristics of a new surrogate fuel for RP-3 kerosene, the ignition delay times of this surrogate fuel at the initial pressures of 0.1MPa and 0.3MPa, equivalence ratios of 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, and the ignition temperature range of 1000K~1700K, were experimentally tested in a chemical shock tube. The effects of the initial pressure and equivalence ratio on the ignition delay time of this surrogate fuel were investigated and compared with the ignition delay characteristics of RP-3 kerosene under corresponding working conditions. The results show that the correlation for the logarithm of the ignition delay time of this surrogate fuel and the reciprocal ignition temperature is linear under different conditions. At the same time, with the equivalence ratio decreasing or the ignition temperature and initial pressure increasing, the ignition delay time of this surrogate fuel is shortened. Furthermore, the ignition delay time of this surrogate fuel is agreed well with that of RP-3 kerosene under the same conditions.
