摘要
In recent years, wind power and other renewable energy sources have been connected to the large-scale power grid. However, output power of the wind turbine is greatly affected by wind speed, resulting in strong variability and intermittence, with a certain degree of uncertainty. At the same time, due to the uncertainty of load demand in day-ahead scheduling, the power system scheduling model is changed from the deterministic model to the uncertain model. In this paper, Information-gap decision theory (IGDT) is employed to deal with the uncertainties from wind power and load demand. According to the risk preference of decision makers, a robustness model for risk-averse strategy and an opportunity model for risk-seek strategy are established for wind-powered pumped hydro storage system. Finally, the case study based on the improved IEEE-30 node system verifies the effectiveness of the IGDT-based model. The results indicate that scheduling plan and the maximum uncertainty acceptable to the system can be obtained on the premise of meeting expected costs.
