Resilience-Based Optimal Placement Method for Integrated Electricity and Gas Energy System

摘要

Integrated electricity and gas energy systems are typical integrated energy systems (IES). In order to improve the resilience of IES in extreme events, an optimal placement method of gas turbines and gas storage systems in integrated electricity and gas energy systems considering natural disasters and man-made attacks is proposed in this paper. After natural disaster scenarios are generated, a stochastic defender-attacker-defender (DAD) model is built. Improved nested column constraint generation algorithm (NCCG) and progressive hedging algorithm (PHA) are adopted to solve the model. With the minimax-regret criterion, optimal placement scheme is determined. Finally, the effectiveness of the presented method is demonstrated.
