摘要
In order to design an on-line ferrograph, a motion model of wear particles in detector was presented, and magnetic field distribution of electromagnets was simulated by finite element method, then motion mechanism of wear particles and the factors influencing particles motion, such as viscosity ηc, initial height y0 and wear particles diameter D were investigated. Simulation results show that forming a included angle between two magnetic poles can lead to higher deposition rate of wears particles, and avoid piling up of large ferromagnetic particles in the detector entrance.
