摘要

It has become a consensus to develop renewable energy in the power system vigorously in the context of global warming. Promoting renewable energy participation in inter-provincial trading has become a trend in interconnected systems. However, the inherent uncertainty of renewable energy presents significant challenges to the power balance. To address this, this paper proposes a reliability assessment method for power systems that incorporates multi-cycle inter-provincial trading strategies of renewable energy. For different transaction entities, optimization-based models minimizing load-cutting levels and the convergence criterion for its solution are proposed. The validity of this method is demonstrated through case studies in the northwest region of China. This study is expected to provide a reference for enhancing trading strategies and mechanisms to guarantee the operational quality of power systems.
