摘要

Medicinal stone was used as the carrier of inorganic antibacterial agent. Under different conditions, such as the ion's concentration, exchange time and experiment temperature. It was prepared that the inorganic antibacterial agent, which was made up of zinc nitrate. The adsorption, phase, structure and antibacterial performance of prepared antibacterial agent was measured and analyzed by AAS, X-ray diffraction, IR spectrum, SEM and Bacteriostasis experiment. The result of this experiment about medicinal stone showed that the best absorb concentration, temperature and exchange time of Zn2+ was 0.6 mol/L, 90°C and 7 h, respectively, and the max absorbance was 5.769 μg/ml. Concentration of the mental ion which carried by medicinal stone was large, and antibacterial performance was good. When the diameter of bacteriostasis circle in Zn-type antibacterial agent was 35 mm, because of the mental ion in ion-carried medicinal stone, the result of XRD test showed that the distance of crystal face in green ore had a subtle change.
