摘要
To reduce the absorbing non-homogeneration of the gain medium in a single-end high power pump, a double end-pumped fold cavity structure is applied. This fold cavity has many advantages, such as flexibly adjustable module parameters, large effective resonant space, low pump power threshold at intracavity double frequency, and high utilizing efficiency of pump power. The four-mirror Z-cavity structure by double end-pumped neodymium yttrium vanadate/lithium triborate is theoretically researched. All kinds of potential reason to produce astignatism of Z-cavity are analyzed, and the Z-cavity parameters are rationally optimized. The resonant is not sensitive to laser medium's thermal lens. In practice, by using I-type angle tuning-phase-match of lithium triborate, at 25 W pump power, 3.3 W of continuous output at 532 nm is obtained. The optical-optical conversion efficiency of this all-solid-state laser reaches 14.3%.
