摘要
For the network flow theory could conveniently deal with the constraint of transmission capacity, and the novel FACTS provide the technology support of the control of power direction, the network flow theory is used to solve the zonal reserve problem in this paper. The parameters of node and arc are discussed in purchase, transmission and ancillary parts, which will help to transfer electric system to network flow graph. So the zonal reserve problem could be changed into minimum cost flow problem. On the basis of network flow, the mathematic model of zonal reserve is given. The simple integrated strategy of several cases is presented and the practical algorithm of minimum cost flow is employed to solve this problem. Case studies testify the validity and feasibility of this method.
