摘要
In terms of the need of water-saving irrigation in arid and semi-arid northwest area of China, Rapid Prototyping & Manufacturing technique is used to design drip irrigation pipe in-line tubular emitters and the manufacture of corresponding rapid tooling. CAD process design of tubular emitter, the generation of RT process model, building of prototypes and manufacturing of metal spray injection mold are introduced in detail. Using this technique, the cycle of design and manufacturing are shorter, the quality of mould is higher. The technique is expected to be employed by the emitter manufacture.
