摘要

In recent years, extreme natural disasters such as typhoon have highlighted the inadequacy of traditional reliability requirements for distribution system in facing low-probability, high-impact, large-scale failures. To address this issue, this paper presents a rapid system resilience and component importance assessment method based on an analytical approach for distribution system. First, an analytical vulnerability model of distribution system components is established, and the physical mechanism of component failure is analyzed, which can obtain a more accurate failure probability under typhoon disasters. Then, a rapid assessment for system resilience is proposed, and three indicators were proposed along with the system function curve, which can fully reflect the system ability during the whole process of disasters. Last, an analytical rapid assessment for component importance is proposed. The contribution of line components to system resilience under different situations was deduced, which can serve as an intuitive and quantitative reference for the reinforcement stage. Numerical tests demonstrate the efficiency and accuracy of the proposed assessment method, and the component importance method provides valid reinforcement suggestions for enhancing distribution system resilience.
