摘要

Through comparing the measured time response oscillogram with oscillogram caculated from the formula derived by W. C. Dikinson, a method acquiring the capacitance value of PIN detector-called "time response method "was proposed The capacitance acquired from the method is 1. 3-1. 4 times the junction capacitance calculated from the ordinary formula method Duo to including the stray capacitance, it is well-founded that the method is superiority to the formula method in determining the capacitance of PIN detector.
