Product design e-Service chain model based on extended activity-network diagram

In order to improve the design quality and shorten the design cycle time for promoting the enterprises' core competitiveness, this paper presents and builds the product design e-Service chain and the mathematical model according to the theory of service-driven design. The hierarchical relationship for designing e-Service chain and the physical model were established by using the extended activity-network diagram technique. Finally a prototype system was implemented for the product design e-Service chain workflow.
