摘要
Nano-porous carbon with controlled pore nature derived from phenol-formaldehyde resin is prepared by various content of pore-forming agent. The result shows that the pyrolytic phenol resin possesses characteristics of glassy carbon is proved with variations of temperature from 800-1200°C. The pyrolytic process of phenol resin with elevation of pyrolytic temperature is a process with continuous ordering and densification. The reason of densification is mainly decrease of sheet distance of stacks in pyrolytic phenol resin. The pores with cross-linked network are observed in nano-pore carbon with various EG. The pore nature, i.e. apparent porosity from 19.97% to 50.12%, Morphological (two types), bulk density from 0.709 to 0.997 g/cm3 is controlled by different EG content.
