摘要
A new synthetic method for nanocomposites, which are doped by metal nanoparticles azo-dye compound (MNPADC) based on the structural model for coating-codoping, was presented. Firstly, the azo-dye methyl orange (MO) were oriented and adsorbed on the surface of spherical metal silver nanoparticles to form the dye-coating. Secondly, the coated particles were doped into polymer matrix polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) solution. Finally, the nanocomposites film was prepared by spin-coating. The structural model for coating-codoping of nanocomposites was proposed, and its thermal properties were analyzed. The UV-Vis spectrum of sample shows that there is an intense absorption in the blue-violet band (400-450 nm). It is found from TGA that the MNPADC nanocomposites are more suitable for the requirements optical storage compared with the only azo-dye doped one due to its excellent thermal properties. The experimental results indicate that the synthetic method presented here can offer an effective way for improving the thermal properties of organic optical storage materials.
