摘要

Nanostructured AgSnO₂ powders were prepared by high energy ball milling. After hot press sintering, the nanostructured AgSnO₂ contact materials were obtained. Compared with the AgSnO₂In₂O₃ prepared by internal oxidation with clustered at crystal boundary, the nonostructured AgSnO₂ Composite bulk has the microstructure with nano-scaled SnO₂ particles dispersed on the silver matrix.
