摘要
A modified direct numerical method for solving the inverse heat conduction problem for slab continuous casting is proposed. By discretizing the differential equations and setting up the relationship between time nodes and space nodes, the corresponding heat transfer coefficients of different surface temperature were obtained under different water spraying conditions, furthermore, the heat transfer coefficients were predicted based on the experimental data. Compared with the competing methods, the modified direct numerical method enables to avoid the unstable results during the initial period, and improves the solution accuracy and robustness significantly. The method can be used to correctly water spraying system for the secondary cooling region of slab continuous casting.
