摘要

Electric field-induced pyroelectric effect in La-modified PZST antiferroelectric ceramics under various bias fields has been investigated. The magnitude and peaks of pyroelectric current can be controlled by electric fields in the temperature range 0-120 °C. Pyroelectric coefficients can reach 10^-7 C/cm²·K.
