摘要

Aim: To study pharmacokinetics of oxymatrine bioadhesive sustained-release tablets in Beagle dogs. Methods: LC-MS method was established to detect oxymatrine and matrine in plasma of Beagle dogs simultaneously. BAPP 2. 3 was applied to analyze the experimental data after Beagle dogs were given commercial tablets as reference and oxymatrine bioadhesive sustained-release tablets as test. Results: Disposition of oxymatrine in Beagle dogs fitted with two-compartment model. The bioavailability of oxymatrine bioadhesive sustained-release tablets was 110. 9%, Cmax was observed to be decreased and tmax was prolonged. The detected quantity of matrine after dosing of the test preparation to Beagle dogs was 90.5% of that after the reference preparation. Conclusion: Oxymatrine bioadhesive tablets had sustained-release property.
