摘要
A kind of pH-sensitive polymer P (CS-Ma-MAMP) was prepared by Chitosan (CS), maleic anhydride (Ma) and Methylacrylmorpholine (MAMP) with grafting and copolymerization. The copolymer obtained was analyzed by FT-IR and 1H-NMR, and the molecular weight and polydispersity were determined by gel permeation chromatography (GPC). The results of UV analysis showed that at 24°C and pH 6.8 solution, the adsorption of Co A increased with the concentration of the copolymer solution increasing, or at 24°C and pH between 3.7 and 9 values, the copolymer can well control delivery on coenzyme A by changing the pH of the copolymer solution. The release mechanism of coenzyme A was also investigated. The results suggested that the copolymer could be used as drug delivery system.
