摘要
A novel optimal dispatch model is presented for wind power integrated systems. Compared with conventional models, the proposed model considers the customers' power consumption response to the electric power prices and customers' satisfaction constraints. The next day's load profile is optimally adjusted by the electricity price response. The adjustment will improve the wind generation impact on optimal dispatch caused by anti-peak-shaving and intermittence of wind generation. Moreover, the customers' satisfaction is introduced to ensure that the adjustment will indeed satisfy the customers. This model coordinates generation resources and load resources to jointly optimize the integration of the wind generation rather than merely emphasize the generation resources as done by the conventional models. Case studies show that the proposed optimal dispatch model is able to reduce the system operation cost, especially the unit commitment cost while improving the economical operation of power systems integrated with wind generation.
