On some properties of the α-Exponential function

This article is concerned with some properties of the α-Exponential function. The lack of semigroup property of α-Exponential functions leads to the definitions of mild solutions of fractional evolution equations with Riemann-Liouville fractional derivatives in some articles being not appropriate. Finally, a new equality on the α-Exponential function is presented.
