N2 - High-voltage (HV) switchgear on-line monitoring technology in intelligent substation has been widely used. Through which a variety of running information of HV switchgear can be monitored, including SF6, arrester, circuit breaker, partial discharge and so on. However, at present this technology can only locally view the monitoring information of HV switchgear in substation, and the monitoring information cannot be remote shared. In this paper, the system based on the smart mobile phone terminals and the Android system, use of VPN technology, WEB server technology, 4G/3G wireless network and database technology to achieve the monitoring of high-voltage switch phone monitoring information. This paper mainly completed the system design, Android version of the mobile phone terminal design, server design, and finally the system performances are validated by the left hydropower project of Xiangjiaba in the Three Gorges projects.
