摘要
Based on the former Φ7 diameter heat exchanger with louver fin surface which has been exploited, the further investigation is made to further optimize the Φ7 diameter louver fin surface configuration. And a new type of Φ5 diameter louver fin heat transfer surface is designed. And then, detailed numerical simulation on flow and heat transfer of the Φ5 diameter louver fin is conduced. The results show that, considered from air-side, the pressure drop decreases while the comprehensive performance factor (CPF) increases in the velocity range of 0.25-4.00 ms compared with that of Φ7 diameter. And the condenser volume is reduced by 55% compared with that of Φ9 diameter heat transfer surface and by 32% compared with that of Φ7 diameter with the constraint of almost the same heat transfer rate and a bit larger comprehensive performance.
